Karen Birchwood

Karen graduated with a degree in Printed Textiles at Middlesex Polytechnic in 1989. After a career as a designer she moved to Tenterden with her family, changing direction to pursue her desire to paint.

Karen’s paintings are a personal response and reflection of captured moments and memories.

Karen has exhibited in a number of galleries and shows locally as well as London and Cornwall. She is a committee member of the Rye Society of Artists.
