How to get to our exhibitions
Rye is situated near the coast of East Sussex near the Kent/Sussex border.

By road
From East or West, the main coastal route A259 from Hastings to Folkestone passes through the southern end of Rye. From the North or London and M25. Take the A21 from Sevenoaks (J5) and then A268 to Rye at Flimwell traffic lights.

By rail
Rye station is conveniently located in the centre of town (a few minutes walk to the gallery) and provides rail services to Ashford, London and the south coast of England.

By bus
Bus services are quite limited but there are some available. We suggest you refer to Stagecoach and Bustimes websites for up to date information.

Cycling
There is a Coastal Cultural Trail for cyclists.
