Celia Allen
Celia Allen’s sculptures capture the essence and spirit of animals. She works from animals seen in the country side around her home and is particularly inspired by the plight of endangered species such as the Rhinoceros and the Polar Bear.
The work is slab built with modelled additions and firing techniques used are Raku with post firing reduction and Oxidized Stoneware.
